We are proud to be able to present live music with meaningful, relatable messages, to children in schools and youth organizations in support of Kids Help Phone.

We are thrilled to support Kids Help Phone in their mission to address young people’s continuum of emotional and mental health needs, from crisis situations to the everyday concerns of growing up. Because no challenge is too big, and no feeling is too small.
About Kids Help Phone
Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only 24/7 e-mental health service offering free, multilingual and confidential support to help all young people Feel Out Loud. For over 35 years, Kids Help Phone has a history of creating innovative supports for critical issues young people face. Beginning in 1989 as a unique telephone counselling service, launched to provide free, accessible support to any young person to connect with counsellors from coast to coast to coast, Kids Help Phone concentrates on staying relevant to youth, recognizing the complexity of issues they face .
What happens at a Boiler Beach KHP show?
Kids Help Phone Video Material
During a presentation to youth, we use 2 large projection screens to show a selection of Kids Help Phone produced videos that broach a variety of subjects that Kids Help Phone have counselled youth through. The videos (viewable on Kids Help Phone's YouTube channel) are impactful and honest, speaking directly to kids.
LIVE Music Performance
We present a selection of our original music, including the tracks Misfit (about bullying), Stop and Stare (about individuality), Call it Love (about healthy relationships) and My Own Way (about peer pressure). Members of the band address the crowd with anecdotes about their own experiences with these subjects, and about Kids Help Phone. We close the musical portion with a rendition of Serena Ryder's "Oh, What I Wouldn't Do", as it has been used as the song for KHP's Feel Out Loud campaign.
Age Appropriate
We select Kids Help Phone videos based on the age group in attendance, and work in concert with staff to ensure that the presentation is going to help the attendees as much as possible.
The presentation takes approximately 1 hour.
Hand-out Materials
Materials are available directly from Kids Help Phone, including wallet cards and posters.
Cost
We offer our presentations at a low cost of only $1,500 for the first performance, $500 for any additional presentations on the same day.
Professionalism
We are parents and we perform many shows for different community groups, charities and municipal organizations, as they know that they will get an ENTERTAINING show that is appropriate for all ages.
We have all of our own equipment, including professional grade sound and lights, and we ensure that the presentation is entertaining and informative without being RAUCOUSLY loud!
